Date Night

I went on a date with the most amazing man/husband in the world. I woke up to Soda staring at me with his gorgeous dark brown eyes and tray that had my absolute favorite breakfast on it; chocolate chip pancakes, a very cheesy omelet with bacon and a large glass of chocolate milk. A huge smile spread across my face. "What's this for?" I asked.
"What a husband can't give his wife breakfast in bed?" he said with a grin.
"Well yeah you can. We just haven't had breakfast in bed in a while." I said sitting up and putting the tray on my lap. He sat beside me on the bed and put his arm around me.
"That's exactlyy what I've been thinking about actually. It feels like forever since we've done something together. So I'm taking you out on a date today and all night." he said smiling at me.
"Okay then." I drank some chocolate milk. "What's next to do on our date?"
"Hmm...I'm gonna take you shopping." he said standing up.
"Shopping?" I asked.
"Yeah at the mall. Get dressed real quick and meet me outside." he kissed me and said "Love you."
"I love you too." I said then sat the now almost empty tray on the nightstand next to our bed, got dressed and went to meet him outside. We spent most of our day shopping and eating at the food court in the mall. Soda bought me a beautiful dress with matching shoes and jewelry.
"So what's next on our amazing date list?" I said smiling as we walked hand in hand out to Soda's car.
"Dinner and a movie." he answered.
"Sounds great." I replied. When we got back to our house I kind of rushed around a little trying to figure out what I should wear to dinner. I felt like a little girl again going on my very first date. Kitty walked past my door then backed up and stared at me.
"Katie, what are you doing?" she asked leaning against the doorway. I stopped trying on this one shirt and looked behind me at the mess of clothes I had made.
"Trying to find something to wear to dinner tonight with Soda." I said sitting down on our bed.
"You do realize that your married and it won't matter what in the world you wear, right?" she said smiling in a laughing matter at me.
"Yeah...I just wanted to look special tonight." I said.
"Then why don't you just wear that dress?" she said pointing behind me. I turned around and saw the dress that Soda had bought me today hanging on the closet door with the shoes and jewelry.
"Right..." I said jumping up and grabbing the dress off the closet. I ran into the bathroom and heard Kitty back in my room.
"No 'Thank you Kitty'?" I heard her say in annoyance.
"Thank you kitty." I yelled out of the bathroom.
"Yeah yeah." I heard her reply.
Once I was dressed and ready to go, Soda and I went and had dinner together. It was delicious...but not as yummy as what happened at the movies afterwards. Which I won't say anything about..I'm sure you all are perverted enough to guess what happened lol. We got home and went to our room; Soda saw the clothes on the floor and I smiled and said "Don't ask" and started putting them away. He came up behind me and put his arms around me.
"I had an amazing day today." he said.
"Me too. I love you." I said turning around.
"I love you too." He whispered back. Then we kissed and...other things happened.
